recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule • Asses applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection process • Provide all requires document to client to finalize the recruitment process • Follow up on candidates after they have been hired by the clients. • Identify New potential clients • Creation of a new portfolio of clients and expand existing one • Leading different clients meeting and introduce the company • Pitching company and services • Maintaining fruitful relationship with existing clients • Researching organizations and individuals online (LinkedIn, Monster…) to identify new leads and potential new markets • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about recruitment • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set-up meeting • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives • Attending conferences, meeting and industry events • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s services • Negotiating and renegotiating by Prospecting new customers via phone and interactively though groups, networking, cross-selling, referrals and canvassing for large potential customers in a define territory • Follow up with customers after the service was performed to ensure satisfaction and develop additional projects • Continually building product knowledge and refining sales techniques thought internal and external trainings • Preparation of all the require documentation for each client • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors. • Daily support on all aspects of the shop • Showroom support • Deliver customer service excellence whilet building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers • Managing the CRM data gathering & quality management • Contribute to achieve the location’s performance targets and individuals KPIs • Support all clients in transaction, complaint and return • Attending the Hugo Boss Academy to develop product and sales knowledge • Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop • Support in all operations for loss prevention and stock management • Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed. • Stock management • Ensure that the men showroom is up to company standards • Creation of a portfolio of repeat shoppers • Arranging merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria • Approaching customers and offering them advise on products to persuade them to buy • Providing information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise.
